TEMPE, AZ, Feb. 26, 2015 (Marketwired) - American Green (OTC PINK: ERBB) and MediaTechnics Corporation (OTC PINK: MEDT) have reached an agreement outlining a joint venture designed to generate revenues and increase market control for both companies. MediaTechnics' wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergreen Systems Incorporated, is nearing the completion of BlazeNowTM (, a suite of mobile apps for the iOS (Apple) and Android operating systems that are engineered to provide product and location-specific advertising alongside a consumer review system for dispensaries, doctors, and delivery services for the burgeoning legal cannabis industry. BlazeNow has targeted April 20, 2015, for its unveiling to the public. MEDT has also made unique developments in the science behind indoor cultivation lighting which American Green plans to adopt, complete, and take to market as a joint initiative. In addition, the company is planning a unique call center focused on the legal cannabis market that will be selling American Green products on a revenue-sharing basis.

"The magnitude and ground-breaking nature of ZaZZZ has forced us to keep our focus primarily on its ongoing development. Nevertheless, the need for a great app that can be seamlessly integrated with American Green's ZaZZZ Network is no secret. We believe that BlazeNowTM will close the loop, not just for pre-orders at ZaZZZ locations, but also allow American Green to participate in the ordering and home delivery of products for consumers who are best served by such a network," says Stephen Shearin, president of American Green.

"I also believe that MEDT has some impressive next-generation technology that will enhance our Truth Lighting overall and jumpstart a sales mechanism expected to provide both companies additional sales and market share. It's a great union that has been forming for several months, and we're glad to see it come to fruition. We're also very excited about the opportunities created by the BlazeNowTM smart phone application in that this venture amplifies American Green's ability to drive customers to our ZaZZZ machines," concludes Shearin.

Jeremy Carr, president of MediaTechnics Corporation adds, "As part of a consulting team that has turned several failing dispensaries into market leaders, I understand the hardships that the pioneers of this industry face every day. We are here to support our fellow pioneers. While developing BlazeNow, we prioritized the user experience of the dispensary as well as the consumer and intend to provide a far superior experience than the competition. We are genuinely pleased to have found a team at American Green who are as passionate about the industry as we are and who has already established themselves as a market leader."
